Contessa 26 - or Taylor 26 - Jeremy Rogers / STW003858
The Contessa 26 is a legendary boat, giving her success to her pleasant lines, appreciable performance and great reliability. Built in fiberglass, with a slender bow, reverse aft, long keel, integrated rudder, she is stable and does not fear heavy seas. She was produced until 1977 by Jeremy Rogers, then by Maclan Marine and the Canadian J.J. Taylor and Sons (with the name Contessa 26s or Taylor 26); she navigates about 1,000 units with different layouts.
