Hello, I am considering to Purchase a BAVARIA 340 Lagoon ( owners version / 2 cabins) With Wing Keel, Wing keel make me a little disappointed, as i heard they are much slower and upwind it lost windward, as it can also round innto the wind on gusts easily than other keel types Anyone Sailing a bavaria 340 With Wing keel can give me some ideas and comments on Winged Version Behaviour ? Never sailed on wing keeled sailboats, although i am a sailor since 7 years old and have sailed more than 40 sailboats, with atlantic crossings and ISAF world championship On my belt 2003, Thanks for your sharing's thought and comments
